Questions & answers

I purchased a product and want to return it. However, the website indicates my order is still processing. When can I start the return?

You can start a return as soon as your products have been shipped and your order status is “in progress” or “delivered.” 

Find your order status by starting a return, which will ask you to look up your order. Your order status will be one of the following: 

Processing: We are working on your order. You can’t start a return yet. 
In progress: Part of your order has been shipped. You can start a return on those products. 
Delivered: All the products in your order have been delivered. You can return any of these products.

I purchased a bundle or multiple products as part of a promotion. How can I return these products?

If you bought a bundle that included multiple products and would like to return it, you will need to return all the products in that bundle.

How long do I have to return my product?

You can return any Philips Hue product within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.

Where do I find my order number?

Your order number is in the order confirmation email that you received after you placed your order. The order number starts with "PH."

Where will the money from my refund go?

Your refund will go to the same account from which the original payment came. We cannot refund to another account.

Do I get refunded for the original shipping cost?

It depends. If you return your full order, regardless of how much the order total was, your shipping costs will be refunded. If you only return part of your order, and that order was less than $50, your shipping costs are nonrefundable. 

How much does returning a product cost?

Returning a product is free — just use the return label we provide.

Does the product need to be returned unused and in the original packaging?

Yes. In order to process your return, we need to receive the complete product (including all its original parts) in the original packaging.

We'll refund the purchase price, as well as the original shipping cost. We reserve the right to charge the credit card you used for the original purchase for any missing accessories or parts of the product. For more information, please read the General Terms & Conditions of Sale.
