If your app is having trouble reaching the Philips Hue lights that you’ve already added to your system, you can try the following:
- Ensure they are connected to power (i.e., the traditional wall switch is in the “on” position).
- Turn the light on and off with the wall switch, and then search for lights in the Philips Hue app in Settings > Lights > Add lights.
- If you still cannot find your light, try to add the light using the serial number.
If your lights are still unreachable, contact Philips Hue Support.
