No. The smart plug lets you turn off and on your light via the app or your voice, but it does not support dimming or brightening.

Can I use other appliances (e.g., a coffee machine) with my smart plug?

We designed the smart plug to work with lights that are not necessarily Philips Hue. It will show up as a light in the Philips Hue app and act as a light in timers, automations, Rooms, and Zones. If you plug in another appliance besides a light to the smart plug, your appliance could malfunction.
