How do I return my Philips Hue purchase?

You can return any Philips Hue product within 30 days from the date of purchase. If you bought a bundle, you will need to return all products in that bundle. If you bought a product as part of a promotion, check the Terms & Conditions of that promotion before starting a return.

Return product by following these steps: 

  1. Contact Customer Support to request a return.
  2. We will send you a delivery label to return the product. 
  3. You send the product, including all original parts. You will receive a confirmation email once the returned product is received.
  4. Once the product is received and checked, we will issue your refund and send a refund confirmation email.

What should I do if my product is damaged or defective?

If you have received a defective or damaged product, you can request a replacement product or full refund within 30 days of the date of purchase.

*When a bulb displays "Up to" a certain number of lumens in its specifications, it displays the maximum lumen output of the bulb. It shows how bright the bulb can get at 2700 K (White bulbs) or 4000 K (White ambiance or White and colour ambiance bulbs). Learn more about brightness
